Who (or what) inspires your look (famous or otherwise)?
I've struggled to find a style icon for myself, but tend to like what Alexa Chung and Fearne Cotton are wearing. As a photographer I like to wear outfits that are comfortable and allow me to move around easily, but still feel stylish and professional.
Where to you like to shop?
I tend to head to Topshop for my staples but LOVE finding more special pieces in independent boutiques and London vintage stores.
It has to be the sixties. I love shift dresses, big coats, capes and slim leg ankle grazers. I'm drawn to block colour and bold prints, stripes and floral patterns, and while there is a huge element of fun and flirtiness about 60s fashion, I love the understated elegance of this era!
Both! I tend to wear more neutral colours for work and when I'm meeting friends – creams, black, pinks and greys. However, when I'm out at networking events or giving a talk, I go for something bright and bold that helps me to stand out and get noticed - and always wear lipstick!
Which accessory or item can you NEVER leave home without?
I never leave home without lip balm, a notebook and (of course) a camera!
I am so grateful to have travelled to some amazing destinations around the world for business including Hawaii, LA, Lanzarote and Paris. But my favourite city has to be London! I may have been hundreds of times, but it is such a wonderful place. When I put myself in a place of wonder it raises my energy. In London you're never stuck for things to do, exhibitions to check out, places to eat, and I love that different areas of town are always evolving.
I'm a fan of Doc Martens (the vegan variety!). They're super versatile and have been quite the conversation starter! However, over the last few months I've worn them less and am now more often wearing a heel. It makes me feel more confident and elegant.
Blow dry or natural wave?
I have naturally curly hair but tend to go for the blow dry look. It feels much more sleek and glam!
Radio. I love to listen to it in the kitchen or in the background when I'm retouching photos or editing down a shoot on my computer.
Kindle or paperback?
Paperback for sure! I do love technology but there's nothing like reading the pages of a proper book. I'm very into my personal and business development and am currently reading The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks – it's amazing!
